Software
We write our own tools when the ones we need do not exist. Each started as a fix for a daily problem in an electrochemistry lab.
Anayasa
From raw potentiostat files to publication-ready figures.
Anayasa is a Windows desktop app that reads data from any potentiostat, extracts the numbers electrochemists report, and arranges the plots into multi-panel figures sized for journals.
- Imports CSV data from any potentiostat
- Peak currents and potentials, Tafel slopes, corrosion rates, and calibration curves with detection limits
- Multi-panel layouts with journal figure-size presets
XPSFit
Peak fitting for X-ray photoelectron spectra.
XPSFit is a Windows desktop app for deconvoluting XPS spectra.
- Shirley background subtraction
- Spin-orbit doublet constraints
- Reads VAMAS files
BRINanoStat
Offline control software for the Rodeostat potentiostat.
BRINanoStat runs the open-hardware IO Rodeo Rodeostat from a Windows PC without an internet connection, with live plots during the measurement.
- Cyclic and linear sweep voltammetry, chronoamperometry, and square wave voltammetry
- Real-time plotting
- Noise filtering with raw and filtered views
Also in the workshop
Control interfaces for other lab potentiostats and for mass flow controllers.
